Transparent Air

Flow can be light, or it can be air — let the lines of the architecture disappear.

Atmosphere

A white space with warm light that puts you at ease, traces of the human hand left in, paired with natural materials and the right amount of empty space — bringing the whole environment back to its most natural, organic state.

01

Challenge

Dining spaces tend to fall into two extremes — the over-designed photo-op, or the cold, function-only room. Making someone relax the moment they sit down and want to stay, without leaning on flashy decoration, was the heart of this case.

02

Art Direction

Built around light and a sense of air — using a cream palette to unify the space, keeping the imperfection of the handmade for warmth, with abundant natural materials and floor-to-ceiling glass dissolving the line between inside and out.

The hard lines of the architecture are deliberately made to “disappear”, so the space feels filled with light rather than filled with fit-out.

03

Outcome

Different seasons bring different scenery, making customers willing to return again and again.
