Nordic-style negative space and pale wood keep the fit-out to a minimum. Fresh-from-the-oven bread returns to its most original state — the purity of just flour and water — clean, quiet, undisturbed by anything excess.

Challenge
This is a tiny bakery. The space is small, so restraint matters all the more — not letting the fit-out steal the bread's light, so the moment you walk in your eye lands naturally on the bread fresh from the oven. That was this case's plainest and most important task.
Art Direction
Drawn together with A clean wooden shelving system as the frame lets the bread sit neatly, each with room to breathe; the display case and daylight bring out the colour and texture of the goods。
Colour is held back — warm terracotta and birch are only a backdrop — leaving the stage entirely to the product.
Dining Area
Besides takeaway, there's also a place to sit down. After buying their bread, guests can take their time in this comfortable corner — bread re-toasted by the staff, a simple drink alongside, savouring the goodness of bread straight from the oven.

Outcome
Clear display, smooth circulation, and bread fresh from the oven looks all the more appetising. The space steps back, so people can take their bread home with ease.
